In seeking to enhance their products and services suite, imagin8 identified AltStudio as a market leader in the provision of content management technology for small to medium sized enterprises. Over the course of several months, imagin8 and AltStudio negotiated a transaction in which imagin8 would acquire AltStudio’s business and its intellectual property. This has ensured that imagin8 continues to strengthen its position in the marketplace as a leading provider of content management solutions, while maintaining the quality of service that AltStudio clients have come to expect.
